Who is DJ Astro?

There comes a time when passion, culture, and an acquired skill can come together and create something special. In Dj Astro’s case, it was the love of the turntables where becoming a DJ was bound to happen eventually. With history on his side Astro, (first name Asher), had the gift passed down from generation to generation, with his grandfather and cousin mentoring him to his eventual debut set in 2018. With the entrusted confidence of his cousin Kash Jones (DJ for BBC Radio), Astro is now on his journey, looking to take over the Toronto scene and let his passion and talent speak for themselves.
